In accordance with the obligations deriving from the National legislation (Legislative Decree 30 th June 2003 n. 196, Code in the field of personal data protection) and Community legislation (European regulation for the personal data protection n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, the present website respects and protects the privacy of the visitors and users, putting in place any possible and proportionate effort to not infringe the user rights. The present privacy policy applies only to the online activities of the website and it is valid for the visitors/users of it. It does not apply to the information collected through different channels from the present website. The purpose of the privacy policy is to provide the maximum transparency concerning the information that the website gather and how it uses it.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The present website processes the personal information on the basis of the consent. The above mentioned information are treated in an authorized manner and gathered exclusively in order to verify the proper functioning of the website and for reasons of security (from 25 th May 2018 this information will be treated on the basis of legitimate interests of the owner).

Whenever the website consents the insertion of comments, or in case of specific services required by the user, the website detects automatically and registers some identifying data of the user, including the email address. The aforementioned data are voluntarily provided by the user at the moment of the request for the provision of the service. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING The data we collect from the website are processed in the seat of the Controller, and in the datacenter of the website hosting. The web hosting (VHosting Solution s.r.l. Unipersonale – Via A.Telesino 67, Palermo,IT), who is in charge for the data processing on behalf of the owner, is in the European Economic Area and acts following the European rules.

COOKIE As usual for all the websites, this site uses cookies too, little text files that allow to keep information about the preferences of the visitors, in order to improve the functionality of the site, to simplify the browsing automating procedures(for example, Login, site language) and for the analysis of the use of the site. SECURITY MEASURES The present websites processes the user data lawfully and correctly, by adopting the appropriate security actions aimed at impeding unauthorized accesses, not authorized disclosure, modification or destruction of the data. The data processing is carried out through computer and telematic devices, with organizational arrangements and with logics strictly correlated to the specified purposes.
